Atomic Habits

Not sure who I heard it from, but they recommended the book Atomic Habits by James Clear. I borrowed it from the library and it was a quick read, only 6 hours long (I think).

I definitely recommend reading it (or listening), as maybe it will motivate you to just get 1% better. I am always looking for ways to get better or more efficient in my ways and this book gave me lots of ideas.

Let me know if you have read it, or what you think!

Peace. ✌🏼

One response to “Atomic Habits”

  1. ✅ I liked how direct your post was — especially the part about how the book’s concepts aren’t magic but they work if applied consistently. That honesty really resonated with me. I read Atomic Habits and understood it, but I couldn’t turn that understanding into follow-through until I took a free execution quiz through Archetype6.com and found out I’m an Activator. That explained a lot about why I start strong but fall off quickly.

Here are 3 takeaways that helped me stay on track:

    1. I need fast action and visible wins — overplanning makes me lose interest.
    2. The Activator workbook helped me create momentum-first routines that felt natural.
    3. Hearing from others with the same wiring helped me build systems that matched my pace, not fight against it.

Something I’m experimenting with now: how do you keep a habit system from becoming stale without having to completely rebuild it every few weeks?
